Bailishi K12 JS Polymer-Cement Waterproof Coating
Flexible water-based waterproof coating for wet-area substrates
Bailishi K12 JS polymer-cement waterproof coating is a water-based coating formulated with a flexible polymer emulsion and selected polymer additives. When mixed with cement, it forms a flexible, durable waterproof membrane for moisture-prone construction areas.
Mixing and Reference Application
Mix the liquid component and cement at the 1:1 ratio stated in the supplied product instructions. Blend thoroughly until the mixture is uniform, and continue intermittent mixing during application to limit settling.
The source material references an application thickness of approximately 1 mm. Coverage depends on substrate condition, application method, material loss, and the actual package size, so confirm the final consumption rate for each project.
Typical Application Areas
- Kitchens and bathrooms
- Water tanks and swimming pools
- Moisture protection on suitable interior substrates
- Substrates with limited movement, including damp prepared surfaces
Application Notes
- Use cement meeting the grade specified in the current technical instructions; the supplied source references PC 42.5R or above.
- Protect the applied waterproofing layer from foot traffic and damage for at least 24 hours.
- Low temperature and high humidity may affect the appearance and extend drying time.
- Settling or separation during storage may occur; mix the material thoroughly before use.
- Apply subsequent finish layers only after the waterproof coating has fully cured. The source material references approximately 3–5 days under normal conditions.
- The supplied application-temperature reference is 41–95°F (5–35°C).
