Bailishi two-component floor soundproofing coating is a cement-based acoustic floor treatment made with specialty cement, vibration-damping ingredients, and polymer materials. It is designed for application over floor slabs to help reduce the transmission of impact noise to the level below.
Two-Component Packaging
The product is supplied as Component A and Component B. Confirm the package size, final mixing ratio, coverage, and required installation thickness against the current technical data sheet before placing a bulk order.
Recommended Installation Sequence
1. Prepare the Substrate
Remove dust, loose material, and construction debris. Clean the floor and make sure the substrate is level and free of surface dust before application.
2. Establish the Application Thickness
Use a laser level to establish the target elevation and mark a continuous level line around the work area. The supplied product material references a 4 mm application thickness; confirm the project-specific requirement before installation.
3. Mix the Material
Add the specified amount of water and mix with an electric mixer for approximately 3–5 minutes until the material is uniform and flowable. The source installation graphic shows a 1:0.76 water-to-material reference; always confirm the correct ratio for the delivered batch and packaging.
4. Pour and Level
Pour the mixed coating onto the prepared floor and spread it evenly with a screed or leveling rake. Maintain the specified thickness throughout the installation area and follow the project curing requirements.
