PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Emaini Wall6 Micro-Cement Inorganic Dry Powder Coating is an inorganic spray-applied decorative coating formulated with inorganic film-forming materials as the main binder, together with fillers and functional additives.

Suitable Substrates
Substrate Requirements:
The substrate must be firm, clean and dry. Remove dust, laitance, grease, loose material, residual adhesive, old coatings, curing compounds and other contaminants that may reduce adhesion.
Repair cracks, hollow areas and weak surfaces before application. Porous or high-absorption substrates should be treated with a suitable primer. Reinforcement mesh may be used on difficult or unstable substrates when necessary.

Colored Finish – Water Consumption
Mix one 5 kg bag of Wall6 with approximately 2.25 kg of clean water.
Mixing
- Use a clean bucket and heavy-duty electric mixer. Add the clean water first. If tinting is required, fully disperse the colorant in the water before adding the powder.
- Slowly add Wall6 powder while mixing until a smooth, uniform and lump-free slurry is obtained. Allow it to stand briefly, then remix before use.
Spray Application
Spray Wall6 evenly onto the prepared surface. Apply the next coat only after the previous coat has dried sufficiently. Drying time varies with temperature, humidity and ventilation.
Colorless Finish – Water Consumption
Mix one 5 kg bag of Wall6 with approximately 2.5 kg of clean water.
Wall6 Inorganic Dry Powder Coating (Spray Type)
- Use the mixed material within approximately 30 minutes.
- Do not add water to material that has already started to dry or set.
- Do not add sand, cement or other additives during mixing.
- Protect the product from rain and impact during transportation.
- Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place away from water and moisture.
- Recommended shelf life is approximately 3 months under normal storage conditions.
