Suitable Substrates
Concrete, cement mortar walls, aerated concrete blocks, gypsum board, calcium-silicate board, cement-fiber board, existing ceramic tile and stone, old paint surfaces, interior wall coatings and other stable mineral substrates.
The substrate must be solid, clean and dry. Remove dust, laitance, grease, loose particles, residual adhesive, old coating and any contaminants that may affect adhesion.
Repair cracks, hollow areas and unstable surfaces before application. For highly absorbent substrates, use a suitable primer. Reinforcement mesh may be embedded where extra stability is required.

APPLICATION ME
- Water Consumption:
Mix one 6.25 kg bag of Studio Sand Microcement with approximately 2.1 kg of clean water. - Mixing:
- Add clean water to a clean mixing bucket. If tinting is required, fully disperse the colorant into the water first.
- Slowly add the powder while mixing with a heavy-duty electric mixer until a smooth, uniform and lump-free slurry is obtained. Let it rest briefly, then remix before use.
- Application:
- For a flat, uniform finish, apply three coats. Allow each coat to dry fully before applying the next coat. Typical drying time is about 4 hours, depending on temperature, humidity and ventilation.
- For creative textured walls, use different trowel techniques to create decorative patterns and surface effects.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Use the mixed material within approximately 30 minutes to avoid loss of workability.
- Do not add water to material that has already begun to set.
- Do not add sand, cement or other additives during mixing.
TRANSPORT & STORAGE
- Protect the product from rain and impact during transportation to avoid package damage.
- Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place. Keep away from water and moisture.
- Recommended shelf life is approximately 3 months under normal transport and storage conditions.
