Emaini Wall5 Micro-Cement Inorganic Dry Powder Coating is a dry powder micro-cement decorative coating formulated with inorganic film-forming materials as the primary binder, combined with fillers and functional additives.
It is designed for smooth, durable and refined decorative finishes on interior and exterior surfaces.

SUITABLE SUBSTRATES
Surface Requirements:
The substrate must be solid, clean and dry. Remove dust, laitance, grease, loose material, residual adhesive, old coating, release agents and any other contaminants that may affect adhesion.
For old ceramic tiles, stone, painted surfaces, gypsum board or lightweight block surfaces, reinforce weak areas when necessary and apply the appropriate primer before the Wall5 system.
Cracks, hollow areas, loose surfaces and unstable substrates must be repaired before application.
Water Consumption
Mix one 5 kg bag of Wall5 dry powder coating with approximately 2.25 kg of clean water.
Mixing
- Use a clean mixing bucket and a heavy-duty mixer. Add about 2.5 kg of clean water into the bucket first. If tinting is required, mix the colorant fully into the water.
- Gradually add the Wall5 powder while mixing until a smooth, uniform and lump-free slurry is obtained. Allow the mixture to stand briefly, then remix before application.
Construction
Apply Wall5 with a roller to the prepared surface. After the first coat has dried, continue with the next coat. Drying time varies with temperature, humidity and ventilation.
For a colorless finish: mix 5 kg Wall5 with approximately 2.5 kg clean water.
Use the mixed material within approximately 30 minutes.
Do not reuse material that has already started to dry or set.
Do not add extra water, powder or additives after the mixture has begun to set.
Keep the product dry during transport and storage. Avoid rain and moisture.
Store in a cool, ventilated and dry place away from direct sunlight.
Recommended shelf life: up to 3 months when stored in unopened original packaging under dry conditions.
